Nothing is more important than knowing exactly what the client wants in a website.
This company initially provided only a verbal description (which most do).
It was difficult to analyze their vocabulary. So, I did what I normally do and presented a few websites I thought were suitable to their palette. They picked a design, that I could ellaborate and innovate into their model.
